Ready to Simplify Your Life?

We live in a culture of “too much.” We have too much to do, too much to think about, too much stuff to take care of. We are distracted and overwhelmed, and it’s getting the best of us.

Most of us just want to simplify our lives and focus on what is most important to us, but it’s hard to see through the fog of our own mental clutter. Is it even possible?

As I tried to create a more balanced life, I asked myself that question many times. Thanks to the work of organizing guru Marie Kondo, I discovered that it is. After reading Kondo’s best-selling book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up, I became fascinated with her unique approach. I pursued certification in the Kon-Mari method, and last year became one of the first certified Kon-Mari consultants in the U.S. and the only one in Rhode Island. My business, Declutter Pronto, is based right here in East Greenwich.

How does it work? The first step in clearing our heads of clutter is eliminating the clutter in our living space—the things we don’t need or want, that get in our way, that zap our energy and distract us from what is important. By starting with the tangible items that surround us—with the help of a trained professional—we discover we really can simplify our lives.

The Declutter Pronto Approach: We’ll work as partners to develop a timeline and a personalized master plan. There is no judgment in this process, only the goal to simplify your home so that you can live a more satisfying, peaceful life.
